Gizlilik Politikasi

IGames (superactivegames.com), TikTok LIVE yayincilarinin izleyici etkilesimlerini tarayici oyunlarina baglamasini saglayan bir platformdur. Bu politika hangi verileri topladigimizi, neden kullandigimizi ve haklarinizi aciklar.

Topladigimiz veriler

  • Hesap bilgileri: e-posta adresi, gorunen ad ve (e-posta ile kayit olduysaniz) sifrenizin tek yonlu ozeti. Sifrenizin kendisini saklamayiz.
  • Google veya TikTok ile giris: saglayicinin paylastigi kullanici kimligi (Google hesap kimligi veya TikTok open_id), gorunen ad, profil resmi ve varsa e-posta. TikTok'tan yalnizca user.info.basic iznini isteriz; video yayinlamaz, mesajlariniza veya takipci listenize erismeyiz.
  • Saglayici erisim anahtarlari: giris icin alinan OAuth anahtarlari veritabaninda sifreli olarak saklanir.
  • Canli yayin etkilesimleri: bir oturum baslattiginizda yayininizdaki herkese acik etkilesimler (izleyicinin TikTok kullanici adi ve gorunen adi, hediye, begeni, takip, yorum ve abonelik olaylari) oyunda aksiyon uretmek ve size istatistik gostermek icin islenir.
  • Kullanim bilgileri: oyun oturumlari, deneme suresi kullanimi ve plan bilgisi.
  • Teknik veriler: guvenlik ve kotuye kullanimi onleme amaciyla IP adresi gibi istek bilgileri gecici olarak islenir.

Verileri nasil kullaniyoruz

  • Hesabinizi olusturmak, girisinizi dogrulamak ve oturumunuzu surdurmek.
  • Canli yayin etkilesimlerini oyun icinde gercek zamanli aksiyonlara donusturmek.
  • Size yayin ve izleyici istatistikleri gostermek.
  • Hizmetin guvenligini saglamak ve kotuye kullanimi onlemek.

Verilerinizi satmayiz ve reklam amaciyla ucuncu taraflarla paylasmayiz.

Tarayicida saklanan bilgiler

Oturumunuzu acik tutmak icin tarayicinizin yerel depolama alaninda (localStorage) oturum anahtarlari ve oyun ayarlariniz saklanir. Reklam veya takip cerezi kullanmayiz. Cikis yaptiginizda oturum anahtarlari silinir.

Hizmet saglayicilar

Hizmet; sunucu barindirma (Hostinger), alan adi/DNS (Cloudflare) ve giris saglayicilari (Google, TikTok) kullanilarak sunulur. Bu saglayicilar verileri yalnizca hizmetin calismasi icin gereken olcude isler.

Saklama suresi

Hesap verileri hesabiniz acik oldugu surece saklanir. Hesabinizin silinmesini istediginizde hesap ve ona bagli yayin/etkilesim kayitlari silinir; yasal zorunluluklar sakli kalmak kaydiyla.

Haklariniz

6698 sayili KVKK ve uygulanabildigi olcude GDPR kapsaminda verilerinize erisme, duzeltme, silme ve islemeye itiraz etme haklariniz vardir. TikTok baglantisini TikTok uygulamasindaki yetkili uygulamalar ayarlarindan da kaldirabilirsiniz. Talepleriniz icin: support@superactivegames.com

Privacy Policy

IGames (superactivegames.com) lets TikTok LIVE streamers connect viewer interactions to browser games. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and your rights.

Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, display name and, if you sign up with email, a one-way hash of your password. We never store the password itself.
  • Sign in with Google or TikTok: the identifier the provider shares with us (Google account ID or TikTok open_id), display name, avatar and email where available. From TikTok we request only the user.info.basic scope; we do not post videos or access your messages or follower lists.
  • Provider access tokens: OAuth tokens obtained at sign-in are stored encrypted in our database.
  • Live stream interactions: when you start a session, public interactions on your stream (viewer TikTok username and display name, gift, like, follow, comment and subscribe events) are processed to trigger in-game actions and to show you statistics.
  • Usage data: game sessions, trial-time usage and plan status.
  • Technical data: request data such as IP address is processed temporarily for security and abuse prevention.

How we use data

  • To create your account, authenticate you and keep you signed in.
  • To turn live stream interactions into real-time in-game actions.
  • To show you stream and viewer statistics.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Browser storage

Session tokens and your game settings are kept in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Signing out removes the session tokens.

Service providers

The service runs on server hosting (Hostinger), domain/DNS (Cloudflare) and sign-in providers (Google, TikTok). They process data only as needed to operate the service.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, the account and its related stream/interaction records are deleted, subject to legal obligations.

Your rights

Under Turkish data protection law (KVKK) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may access, correct or delete your data and object to its processing. You can also remove the TikTok connection from the authorized apps settings in the TikTok app. Contact: support@superactivegames.com
